Return/Replacement Policy

All requests for replacement of your ordered products, shipped and delivered by us, would only be considered within 48 hours after the date of delivery of your order. We allow returns and subsequent replacement only in the following circumstances:

1. If product gets damaged while in transit.
2. If you receive a product which has expired.
3. If you get the wrong product.
4. If a product is missing in your order

You qualify for the Replacement only if the product is unused, untampered, and in its original packaging.

Procedure for initiation of Replacement.

• Request for Replacement needs to be raised by you within 48 hours after delivery of the product by contacting us via either E- mail or WhatsApp(information given below)
• Photographs of the disputed products have to be shared with us via, either E-mail or WhatsApp(Information given below). This is for for for our team to verify and ascertain the truthfulness of the requests/claims made by you.
